gKrypt Engine is a software customized to use GPUs as accelerators to swiftly secure your applications with increased system responsiveness. gKrypt supports both CUDA and OpenCL technologies to run on a wide range of hardware including Nvidia® Tesla™, Geforce™, Quadro as well AMD® Radeon™ and FireStream™ series for both desktop and mobile variants. Furthermore, due to highly optimized parallel pipelines, it delivers many times performance gains compared to current solutions, including Intel® AES-NI™, while retaining the security characteristics. Being fully backward compatible with CPU only machines, you always know that the best resources of your system are utilized without sacrificing compatibility using gKrypt Engine. The added support for multi-GPUs and Nvidia® Kepler™ based GPUs ensures maximum performance for devices supporting PCI Express 3.0 bus giving up to 10GB/sec encryption throughput per device for AES 256-bit in consumer and enterprise systems.
The focus with gKrypt Engine is to make it simple to start using the fastest cryptography module. We encourage you to test it out yourself to experience the value it adds in terms of speed and system responsiveness. Our engineers are always an email away from assisting you to set up and use gKrypt Engine.
With gKrypt Engine, it's simple to start using the processing power of GPUs for cryptography without having any explicit knowledge of GPU programming. The completely transparent interface is as simple as any popular CPU based encryption solution.
The Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is one of the most common, secure and trusted encryption algorithm adopted by the U.S. Government since 2001. gKrypt Engine implements all three variations of AES Rijndael and all three key sizes (128/192/256).
gKrypt Engine supports both CUDA and OpenCL technologies to run on a wide range of hardware including Nvidia® Tesla™, Geforce™, Quadro as well AMD® Radeon™ and FireStream™ series for both desktop and mobile variants.
gKrypt Engine is fully backwards compatible with Intel® IPP Cryptography which means when you add gKrypt Engine you will just need to replace Intel® IPP calls with gKrypt Engine calls. In fact, if there's no GPU in the machine, gKrypt Engine automatically uses Intel IPP for encryption on CPU.
Acceleration comes at a cost. With gKrypt Engine, acceleration is cheap because we use GPUs which not only saves you extra CPU purchases but also spares your existing CPUs to focus on the business logic, making sure there is no "performance tax" when you add encryption with gKrypt Engine.
